Boston Scores - Summer Learning Academy (Grades 3-7)*

Boston Scores Summer Learning Academy is a fusion of BPS-teacher lead academics and Boston Scores athletic and enrichment programming. Our teachers will use the district-approved curriculum for grades 3-7 in ELA and Math during the academic morning section to help students stem summer learning loss. In the afternoon, we will draw on our expertise in afterschool programming and use elements from our own curricula. Students can choose to participate in either athletics or various enrichment activities depending on their interest, such as workshops around arts and crafts, reading clubs, cooking lessons, field trips, and special events. Athletics and enrichment activities will focus on teamwork, creativity, health and wellness, and mentorship to help students develop social and emotional skills. Regular opening and closing circles help students in their growth journey.
